Why PASS?

I love the variability of my day-to-day work, and the flexibility PASS has afforded me for professional and personal growth. All of my colleagues are passionate about the work we do, the industry reputation we hold, and the future of our company.

About Me

I grew up outside of Richmond, VA and graduated from James Madison University with a BA in History, and Sociology, and Science, Technology, and Society (STS) Minors.

My first job out of college with the USMC History Division was foundational for my career as it helped identify my true motivations: providing top notch customer service. The customer base has changed over years, from researchers to donors, and now my clients, but that core value has remained. When I interviewed with PASS in 2020, I knew it was the place for me based on how much pride they carried in the quality of their work. My coworkers have been an incredible bonus!

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, and working on various craft projects.

Why PASS?

Before the (then) historic 2000 Presidential election year, I joined PASS to return to the campaign finance world after hearing a former FEC colleague talk so positively about plans to grow PASS. It was clear then that the PASS team and owners felt deeply about producing quality work and earning the gold standard reputation, along with caring professionally and personally for our clients and our team members. It has been a privilege to serve in many ways at PASS for these reasons, as we continue to evolve while delivering high quality service and advice to our client family.

About Me

Living all of my life in Virginia, save about 6 months in Cajun County in Louisiana, I earned a B.A. double major in Government and Fine Arts/Art History from the College of William and Mary.

Before joining PASS in 2000, I learned my relevant campaign finance experience from more than five years as a Reports Analyst at the FEC. That experience is helpful in educating the team and our clients about internal Commission review and audit processes and has helped inform investigating similar procedures in state and local election agencies around the county. If interested, also ask me about my time in retail at a local bird feeder store when we chat!

Outside of work, I spend time supporting family and enjoy attending sporting events and getting outside in the mountains and looking for ways to support saving our natural resources.
