Why PASS?

I chose to join PASS because the employee-owned business model intrigued me. I like the idea of each person personally benefiting from the success of the company they work for. I appreciate the teamwork and responsibility each employee has for one another.

About Me

Born and raised in Maryland, I graduated from University of Maryland with a B.S in Criminal Justice/ Criminology and a minor in Law.

Before joining PASS this summer, I began my career in the federal government as an acquisition’s agent with NIH. Throughout college I also worked at George Washington University Hospital and interned with the Maryland House of Delegates.

Outside of work I enjoy traveling and cooking.

Why PASS?

I sought a job at PASS to expand my knowledge of campaign finance.

About Me

Originally from Missouri, I recieved a B.A. in Communications from Southern Illinois at Edwardsville.

Before joining PASS in 2009, I worked for the Republican Governors Association as the Chief Financial Officer, providing budgeting, compliance and administrative expertise. Prior to the RGA, I served as Director of Accounting and Administration for the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Why PASS?

I’ve always enjoyed working with websites and creating new features for them, and while I didn’t study web design in college, I’ve had a lot of side projects of creating my own sites and keeping them updated. I wanted to apply for a job in the northern Virginia area that would make use of some of my degree and the skills I’d learned through my hobbies. PASS was a great fit for the experience I had and the lifestyle I was ready to have coming out of college, and the best part – its president was an old friend of my mom’s!

About Me

I grew up in Delaware and West Virginia before coming to Virginia for my four years of college. I graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Vocal Performance. Prior to my hiring at PASS in the fall of 2024, I was planning on going to graduate school for a music-related degree, but my plans fell through and I decided to enter the workforce instead. I’m now working remotely from Liberty, South Carolina.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my southern family and challenging myself with difficult video games on the side.

I was introduced to PASS through a former colleague, and after meeting the team, I immediately knew it was the right fit. The opportunity to learn more about the PAC industry alongside such a passionate and welcoming group has been incredibly rewarding.

About Me

Originally from Virginia, I attended Radford University where I earned a B.S. in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, along with dual minors in Political Science and Psychology.

Before joining PASS in 2023, I spent seven years at the National Rifle Association, where I focused on donor relations. That experience helped shape my commitment to building strong, supportive relationships and understanding the importance of strategic fundraising.

Outside of work I enjoy trying new restaurants and exploring different culinary experiences.

I chose PASS because of the company’s excellent reputation in the PAC industry. I wanted to work for a firm that was respected because of their quality services. The PASS team continues to deliver on quality products, high standards and service levels, and I am proud to represent our company within the PAC industry.

About Me

Originally from Pennsylvania, I hold a B.S. in Consumer Affairs from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.

Before joining PASS in 2001, I managed corporate PACs and handled all aspects of PAC fundraising, member relations, and compliance. That experience is helpful when working with clients and our internal team to ensure our services continue to align with changing client fundraising and compliance needs.

Outside or work I enjoy being an active member of local charitable organizations and playing golf.

Why PASS?

I’ve always enjoyed being a part of politics and campaign finance. Once I met the team at PASS and recognized how much they help PACs, I made the decision to join.

About Me

I’m originally from Arlington, VA. I attended Miami University in Ohio, where I have a B.A. in Political Science. Before joining PASS, I interned on Capitol Hill and worked for the Government Relations Department of the American Psychiatric Association. I have been with PASS since 2011.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my daughter (born June, 2025), watching my sports teams (DC sports and the Oklahoma Sooners), exercising and watching movies.

Why PASS?

Midway through my career, I returned to school to improve my computer programming and web development skills. My instructor at the time was also a PASS employee and he recruited me for an intern-to-hire position at PASS. What started out as a great learning opportunity working side-by-side with two very talented developers turned into a rewarding and challenging career that has lasted nearly 20 years.

About Me

I grew up in the Maryland suburbs outside of Washington, D.C. I received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Prior to joining PASS, my area of focus was healthcare. I spent several years working in public health for the federal government, then pivoted my focus after graduate school to healthcare management consulting and hospital administration. One constant that has followed me throughout my professional life is my interest in computer programming and data analysis.

Outside of work, I am passionate about the arts. While I enjoy creating my own artwork, I am mostly just a spectator. I love touring art museums and galleries, attending theater, music, and dance performances, and watching films.

Originally from Washington, DC and later moving to Maryland, I graduated from Bladensburg High School in 2002.

Before joining PASS in 2007, I spent several years as a caregiver before joining a temp agency.

Outside of work I enjoy being creative, exploring nature and live music.

I was introduced to PASS by a former co-worker. After meeting with Cheryl and David (the former owners of PASS) and current members of the team, I knew I had to join this wonderful organization.

About Me

I was born in Washington, DC. I attended Rutgers University where I earned a B.A. in Political Science and Urban Management. While working at the Federal Election Commission (FEC), I earned a master’s degree in Public Administration. Before joining PASS in 2000, I worked at the FEC for ten years. PASS offered an opportunity to see campaign finance from a different perspective.

Outside of work I enjoy exploring the new establishments along The Wharf and Navy Yard areas.

Why PASS?

Through database administration and web development, I enjoy the daily challenges and creative outlet associated with working on the PASS team.

About Me

I’m originally from Reston, Virginia and received a B.S. Marketing, Virginia Tech in 1997. I bring 25+ years of application and database development/management to my current position.

Outside of work, I enjoy kayaking the Potomac River in the summer and snowboarding the Rockies in the winter.
